WW Soccer Tournament 2024
This year’s WW soccer tournament once again went off without a hitch in perfect weather and without any major injuries.
A total of eight teams competed for the coveted challenge cup, seven faculty teams and one cross-faculty team, Team WW.
All the teams showed what they were made of right from the start and delivered many exciting encounters for themselves and the numerous spectators.
The second semi-final match between WW5 and WW2 was a particular highlight in terms of excitement, with the latter narrowly winning 3:4 on penalties.
Team WW2 then faced last year’s winners WW1 in the final. Both teams once again showed all their soccer skills. In the end, Team WW1 won again with 1:0.
